Sugar Pearls

Sugar Pearls are a unique type of agglomerated sugar nib. Free from dust, they are characterised by rounded edges and a crunchy texture. We have one size available in either 10kg or 25kg paper sacks.

C20 Ideal to decorate and texturise bakery products. Particle size of 2.0-4.0mm
