Liquid Sugar Many industries can benefit from the ease of handling these high quality homogenous liquids, prepared by dissolving white crystalline sugar in water. These products are passed through bacteriological filters and UV sanitised prior to despatch, minimising the microbiological load.
Liquid Sugar No.25 Where a reduced colour sugar is necessary, in the production of clear carbonated soft drinks for example, then Liquid sugar No.25 should be specified.
Demineralised Liquid Sugar For some specialist applications, it may be beneficial to use Demin Liquid Sugar. Demineralisation of the water used to prepare this grade results in extremely low levels of dissolved minerals, making it ideally suited for the production of high quality pharmaceuticals.
