About the Scheme
The Scheme Spanning a total of four years, our training scheme combines a mixture of on-the-job experience at our factories and classroom-based training at college. The first year consists of full-time college study and a factory-based training programme during vacations, while the remainder of the scheme will see you based on site with day release to college.
Your progress will be overseen by a management sponsor, and you will also be assigned a mentor with whom you can chat informally on a day-to-day basis. With their support and the benefit of business specific courses, you will build an excellent all-round knowledge and experience of our operation.
Teamwork is vital to the success of our business, so we make every effort to encourage our people to build strong working relationships.
